Jenn draws from her experience, education, passion, and dedication to provide birthing families with the most current information and education concerning pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding support. Jenn teaches and provides birth doula support for a local DMV pregnancy wellness center, Momease. She also gives her time, talent,and energy to provide childbirth and breastfeeding education and birth doula support at her local pregnancy crisis center, serving the underserved BIPOC community. Jenn has supported many medical inductions and high intervention births resulting in a vaginal birth with reduced rates of trauma. She also applies her trauma informed training when working with sexual survivors and with families who are navigating a second birth after a previous traumatic birth. Jenn is the mother of 6 boys and 1 girl ranging in age from 36-23 years old. She is native Marylander and the spouse of a retired Air Force captain. Jenn proudly wears the title of Mom-mom to 4 grandsons. Jenn loves preparing lovely meals, home renovations, her fur babies, chocolate and sweet tea.
